April 2020 I just wanted to say thank you for your class on Saturday. I feel like this is all starting to click and I am seeing small little improvements each week that I’ve never seen before. I especially want to thank you for something you said. 
I don’t remember your exact words, but the gist of it was that often people say “oh that’s because you’ve had a baby” (or 5!) and leave it at that. But you can retrain those muscles and don’t have to live like this forever! Maybe that’s not what you said, but that’s what I heard. And I am so grateful for that. 
I can’t tell you how many people/drs/etc have told me that the things I struggle with related to my body are just life after a baby. That is so depressing! You gave me hope that my body can recover and be strong. I needed that reminder. So thank you.

We love when our words strike a chord! Regaining strength and control at any time can be a challenge, but especially when we are caring for others, and being told “you’re a mom. This is the way it is! ” Nope…change is always possible! Thank you, M. A. !!
