It’s not all about sit ups and crunches, kegels, and having tight abs! This 6 week class will help you reconnect to pelvic floor, abdominals, and spine. Each class will be recorded, so if you are not able to join in that morning (or the kids take over your space!), the recording will be available to you. A great way to begin to rebuild after the baby is born, or to refine at any point. These techniques and exercises will help in any of your fitness or exercise routines. Current patients receive a 10% discount (check your emails!) and new class participants receive a 10% discount on a new patient evaluation.
