A March 2020 message from one of our moms: “I wanted to shoot you this quick video of my recent discovery in abdominal approximation. I know it’s not about the “gap” but I was shocked to see this! Great tension, and when I curl up I’m only feeling 1-1/2 fingers of a gap. Crazy!” The video shows the control she has gained (while her toddler crawls on her). She is right…it’s not about the “gap” but the control (and confidence) she is able to create! if you want more control, ask us!!

We believe that all women benefit from PT during pregnancy and after birth to help them as they navigate the changes in their body, and to help prepare for birth, reconnect in the early days, and to strengthen and regain in the “4th Trimester” and beyond!
