A 6 Week Exercise Class For New (and not new) Moms! Live Streaming, plus recording for your home use.

Tuesdays, October 6-November 10, 2020 8-9:00 PM EST $100.00

This 6 week series will teach you exercises, techniques, and breathwork to address:

  • Core and Pelvic Floor Coordination Exercise, with emphasis on DRA/diastasis and Pelvic Floor tools
  • Abdominal, Hip and Spine, and Shoulder Exercise
  • Easy tips to re-connect and re-coordinate pelvic floor, abdominals, and core after baby
  • Tips and Exercises to increase your confidence and strength for whatever fitness program and activities you ENJOY

You are not alone in your questions about diastasis, incontinence and leakage, and regaining strength and energy after having a baby(s)! Livestream classes are a fun way to ask and to learn, to laugh together, and to participate AT YOUR OWN LEVEL! All classes are recorded and provided to you; if you are not able to attend a class (or if the kids invade your space!), you will be able to do it on your own later. Questions are encouraged! If you are wondering, it’s likely that someone else is as well!

This is a class, and can complement treatment, but is not intended to take the place of treatment of pain, Diastasis, incontinence or other concerns. Participants will receive a 10% discount on evaluation at Embody PT with Rebecca. Current patients and clients, please ask how you can receive your 10% discount on reigstration!
