Total Control®: Fitness From the Inside Out
This is a unique core and pelvic floor exercise fitness and training program for women of ALL fitness levels who want improved pelvic and core fitness and control. This 8 week class is for you if:
· You want to DO MORE with no leakage or fear of leakage.
· You want to improve your core and pelvic floor health and function.
· You have urinary leakage that is causing you concern, to limit your activities (gym or home), and that you want to CHANGE.
· You would like to learn more about pelvic health and changes, including prolapse, incontinence, and strength, and menopausal changes, and make positive changes in yourself.
· You have been to a “pelvic floor PT” and want to continue to build your program and strength.
This program combines exercise, strengthening, and education in an 8 week program that is fun and meets the needs of women from new post-partum mom to grandmothers, and all women in between. Embody Physiotherapy offers the only Total Control® Fitness Instructors in the Western PA area, combining the fitness program with our knowledge of women’s health.

Requirements: 6 weeks post-partum or MD ok and the ability hear verbal instructions. If you have mobility problems and have difficulty getting up and down from the floor, please let us know in advance and we can make modifications for you.
