Are you looking for a change in how you move? Would you like to feel stronger and more confident in your balance? This class is for all ages and ability, including those with orthopedic problems and bone health concerns. We will explore and integrate movement, posture and alignment, and strength to help you improve your ability for home and the office, for walking/hiking/running, in yoga or pilates class,or at the gym. We use Franklin Movement Method, Yoga, and Bones for Life and work with resistance bands, the resistance of your own body, and balls and weights to help you make your movement, strength, and balance what it can be.
