This yoga class teaches breath work, stability, mobility, and balance with attention to each individual in the class. The classes teach you to honor your body as you gain strength, control, mobility, improved awareness of alignment, and an improved mind-body awareness. We are each individual, with different body types and ability, and this class honors those differences. This class is appropriate for all levels, including those with orthopedic, bone health, pelvic floor, or other health concerns, as well as those who have been told that they "should not do yoga" but would like to.
Although these are group classes, students will be asked to complete a brief health history to inform us of any health concerns or injuries.
